Can't recommend highly enough for a short stay

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with free parking available and an outdoor kitchen where we could easily cook our meals and enjoy dining outside in the evening air.

I had a great time at Sea Shell Motel. The room was clean and spacious. New carpet and vinyl flooring made it feel fresh. There’s a cozy vibe here. I appreciated the handy kitchenette setup, complete with plates and cookware. Loved being able to make breakfast. The only downside was that housekeeping didn’t service the room during our stay, but I could put out dirty towels and fresh ones appeared each day. The outdoor kitchen was a nice touch for barbecuing. The staff was super friendly and always available when I needed something, which added to the atmosphere. The pool was warm and clean—perfect for my grandsons. We ordered some delicious seafood from nearby and it was great to cook it ourselves. Another highlight was the lovely grounds, filled with flowers and comfy chairs. I also recommend trying the fruit pies from Church Street Produce. Make sure to order in advance! Overall, a very pleasant stay with room for minor improvements in housekeeping.

During our stay, we encountered several issues. The pool area was quite dirty as we were excited to use it. We also noticed that housekeeping was limited, and our room wasn't cleaned thoroughly each day. This detracted from the overall comfort of our stay.

Charming Stay Perfect for Couples!

Our 3-night getaway was charming! Enjoyed relaxing outside our Deluxe Room. The outdoor kitchen area with grills was a delightful surprise. Perfect location, just a short bike ride to local dining spots. Bring your bike, but watch out for the elements as there’s no covered lock space.

Half amazing, half disappointing

The grounds were beautifully maintained,, and the friendly staff provided fresh towels daily. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the beds.

Housekeeping doesn't enter rooms during your stay, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the lack of shampoo and an iron was disappointing.

The rooms were nice with a kitchenette that had everything like plates, pots, and a stovetop. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and warm, and there were new grills to use for cookouts. Staff was awesome, bringing fresh towels and always checking in to see if we needed anything. Great location close to eateries and grocery stores.
